An adhesive of rather liquid consistency, designed to bond transparent plastic model parts with an average time to reach full hardness (colloquially: drying). It is housed in a 10 ml glass container with a square base, which makes it very difficult for the glue to tip over while working. It also has (attached to the cap) a special thin brush made of synthetic fibres, which allows it to be applied without problems. The presented kej, when completely dry, gives a fully transparent joint, as well as not causing a dulling effect on transparent elements. It will prove particularly useful when working on such elements of models as the cockpit fairing, passenger compartment windows in civil aircraft, headlights in cars, motorbikes, but also combat vehicles, or aircraft positioning lights. It will undoubtedly prove useful in the workshop of many a modeller! Related products include: Humbrol Clearfix, Contacta Clear (13ml) or Micro Kristal Klear.
Clearfix adhesive.
Application:
Glue for transparent elements (especially booths), it does not stain the glass and gives an absolutely transparent joint without dulling transparent elements. Apply a thin layer of glue to the edge of the glass and let it dry for a while, then do the same with the area where the glass is to be glued in. Again, apply a thin layer of glue to the above-mentioned areas and place the element in the right place. Wait for the glue to dry. NOTE: The glue takes much longer to dry than standard polystyrene glue. The joint becomes completely ready after about 12 hours.
